Our Story
God, family, and community are at the heart of everything Egypt Sherrod & Mike Jackson do. They are best known as the real estate & design powerhouses seen on HGTV’s hit series “Married To Real Estate.” But at the forefront, they are adoring parents of three girls. The couple, who’ve been together for 20 years, began their journey of healthy living and organic eating by necessity when Egypt fell ill with an autoimmune disease. Her personal healing journey involved stripping her diet down to include only organic and fiber dense foods. The entire family jumped in to support her healing by building a vegetable garden in their backyard, and planting fruit trees around the family home, which is where the love of farming was born. Today, in addition to their many family businesses, they are also earth conscious smart-farmers. They have a dedicated passion for educating the community on sustainable living and leading an overall healthy lifestyle------cementing their brand of family values in JACKSON PURE.
The Jackson family farm features 200 vertical farming towers, that grow the equivalent of 142 acres of crops. The towers bless us with a high yield of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, watermelon, kiwi, acai berries, goji berries, cucumbers, kale, lettuce, collards, carrots, bok choy, onions, garlic, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, eggplant, cauliflower and more at an exponential rate, larger size and for less power usage. And because the harvest is pesticide free. And not exposed to chemicals, it is BEYOND ORGANIC.
The fruits and vegetables used in Jackson Pure products originate from the family greenhouse farm. Aeroponic crops (smart farming) is the future of farming. Its systems are 100% organic, 100% pesticide free, 100% ecofriendly, and have a 95% water savings over traditional farming. The technology also delivers a better crop yield, aside from producing plants featuring a higher nutrient content. They say, "When we know better, we can do better as global citizens."
